Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (subzerorepairweston.com) or using the appliance repair services provided bySub-Zero Repair Weston ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Sub-Zero Repair Weston provides repair, maintenance, installation, and diagnostic services for luxury and premium household appliances in Weston, Massachusetts and the surrounding Greater Boston area. Our services include but are not limited to repair of refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, wine coolers, ice makers, and other household appliances.
Independent Service Provider
We are an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We provide independent repair services using genuine OEM replacement parts.
Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (781) 604-1175 or through our online booking system. We provide appointment windows and make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe. Factors such as weather, traffic, and preceding service calls may occasionally affect arrival times.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. This includes clear access to the work area, adequate lighting, and any necessary clearance for the technician to perform the repair. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service visit.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that emergencies occur and will work with you to accommodate changes whenever possible.
Diagnosis and Repair
Diagnostic Evaluation
Our technicians will perform a diagnostic evaluation of your appliance to identify the issue. A service call fee applies to cover the diagnostic visit. This fee is applied toward the cost of the repair if you choose to proceed with the recommended service.
Repair Authorization
Before beginning any repair work, our technician will explain the diagnosis and provide a detailed assessment for your approval. No repair work will be performed without your explicit authorization. You have the right to decline the repair at any time.
Parts
We use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever available. In some cases, parts may need to be ordered, which may require a follow-up visit. We will communicate any parts-related delays promptly.
Warranty
All repairs performed by Sub-Zero Repair Weston are backed by a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. This warranty covers the specific repair performed. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return and correct it at no additional charge.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Pre-existing conditions not identified during the original service
- Damage from power surges, floods, or other external events
- Cosmetic damage
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair service. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash. Payment terms will be communicated before any work begins.
Limitation of Liability
Sub-Zero Repair Weston shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues that become apparent only after the completion of service. Our technicians will communicate any observed concerns during the service visit.
