Is the $95 service call the whole cost?
It is the cost of the visit and the full diagnosis. If a repair is needed you get one figure for parts and labour before anything is dismantled, and the $95 comes off it once you approve the work.
Do you still work on older 600 series cabinets?
Yes. They are common in this area and most faults on them are still economic to repair. Parts are ordered against the model and serial from the plate rather than substituted.
Can you look at two appliances on one visit?
That is the normal shape of a call here — a kitchen column and a wine cabinet, or a built-in and the second refrigerator in the garage. Mention both when you ring so the slot is sized for it.

Bottles damp, racks gone musty. The drain tube had come off its spigot inside the cabinet. Reconnected, tray cleaned, interior wiped down. Very tidy.

The basement cabinet climbed steadily through the August humidity and simply never came back down again. Its condenser was matted with lint blowing off the laundry side of the room. He cleaned it out and moved the dryer hose well clear of the intake.
