My Ice Maker Isn't Working

Quick Checks

Is It Turned On?

• Check the on/off switch
• Some have a wire arm (down = on)
• Look for indicator light

Is Water Connected?

• Check water supply valve (under sink or behind refrigerator)
• Should be fully open
• Look for kinks in line

Is the Freezer Cold Enough?

• Should be 0-5°F
• Ice maker won't work if too warm
• Check with thermometer

Is the Ice Bin Full?

• Some units have sensors
• Remove some ice
